  • Health/Dental/Vision Insurance

    UCS covers 90% of the health insurance premium costs for individuals and 60% for their dependents through Cigna's PPO and HMO plans. The employee's portion is paid with pretax dollars for all insurances. UCS also offers two levels of a dental plan through Cigna and a vision plan through EyeMed.
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability

    We provide short-term and long-term disability insurance through Cigna on the first day of the month following the date of hire with no expense to the employee.
