What is Omnibus III?
Omnibus III is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle introduced by Navy Medicine with an over-arching mission to establish an enterprise-wide infrastructure for their Research and Development (R&D). Navy Medicine is developing a conventional process for maturation of research into the treatment facility via protocols, clinical trials, and FDA related applications such as those available by way of a Contract Research Organization. These initiatives intend to accelerate and strengthen clinical research by applying a systematic process infrastructure that will better serve the evolving field of scientific discovery.
