Consultant

Our various Consultant positions offer recent college graduates and entry-level professionals the opportunity to learn and grow while performing such tasks as:

Qualified candidates should possess a 4-year degree, preferably in a business-related field, have 0–3 years of professional experience. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to pass a background check are required. Candidates must display a proficiency in Microsoft Office, have strong analytical ability, and possess organizational and multitasking skills. Additionally, ideal candidates should possess excellent oral and written communications skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to contribute in a team setting as well as independently.


Senior Consultant

Our various Senior Consultant positions offer the mid-level professional the opportunity to join a young, ambitious, and growing company. The Senior Consultant will perform such tasks as:
  • Analyzing client system requirements and business processes
  • Providing production support

  • Conducting training sessions
  • Creating training and business process re-design documentation
  • Providing program management support
  • Provide implementation support
  • Supporting business process re-engineering
Qualified candidates should possess a 4-year or advanced degree and 4–7 years of progressive work experience in consulting, technical, or business fields. Work experience in DoD, federal, or state government preferred, but not necessary. The ideal candidate will display a proficiency in Microsoft Office and possess excellent organizational, research, and analytical skills. Additionally, ideal candidates should have previous client-site experience, possess excellent oral and written communications skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to contribute in a team setting as well as independently. US Citizenship and the ability to pass a background check are required.


Project Manager

Qualified Project Managers should possess a 4-year or advanced degree with at least 7–10 years of project and functional management experience in consulting, technical, or business fields. In this role, individuals will provide consultation, recommendations, and project coordination to various clients, interact daily with client representatives in planning and problem solving, and assist with the project plan, work breakdown structure, and budget projections. Additionally, individuals in this role will have the opportunity to coordinate with government Program Managers to update and integrate requirements in a dynamic environment and ensure that the project is meeting the contract objectives as well as interact and coordinate with vendors and government management personnel.
