UCS provides versatile and tailored implementation and training for our customers. Our implementers engage in the system/ program life cycle to better serve our end-users. UCS consultants make a point to understand mandates and policy driving a given implementation and work with our customers to create comprehensive implementation plans that are measurable and quantifiable. This includes but is not limited to diagramming as-is and to-be business process flows, identifying risk factors, and creating communication plans or tools for disseminating new information.

In addition, our consultants have strong backgrounds in delivering instructor-led training (ILT), remote web-conferencing training, and computer based training (CBT). Our consultants provide in-depth training addressing not only generic systems training but work with customers to address end-user questions or concerns. Training documentation and content are tailored to meet specific client needs and are updated as new system versions are released. UCS’s implementation and training services are complemented by our custom developed quick reference guides, user’s guides, and installation guides.
