	Charu Dhumne President Charu Dhumne is the owner and President of Universal Consulting Services. In her position, Charu manages strategic recruitment and identifies new corporate opportunities. She also leads the Human Resources, Finance, and Corporate Operations functions. Charu possesses management consulting and industry experience, with specific expertise in e-commerce and systems integration. Charu previously worked for IBM (PwC Consulting, Coopers & Lybrand), Infobranch, PEC Solutions, and Synectics. Charu holds a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University, Nagpur, India.
	Abhijit Dhumne Executive Vice President Abhijit Dhumne is the Executive Vice President of Universal Consulting Services. He is in charge of managing strategic client engagements, new business opportunities, and quality assurance. Abhijit brings a wealth of management consulting and industry experience, with specific expertise in DoD acquisition, technology, and logistics. Abhijit previously worked for IBM (PwC Consulting, Coopers & Lybrand), Northrop Grumman (Integic), and Thermax. Abhijit holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune, India.
	Sachin Chandra Vice President of Information Technology Sachin Chandra is Vice President of Information Technology at Universal Consulting Services. In his role, Sachin manages technology initiatives and provides expertise in enterprise architecture and technology development. Sachin leverages his IT consulting experience across his client programs and corporate initiatives. His strengths include application development, process and business implementation, systems integration, and consulting. Prior to joining UCS, Sachin held senior technology and management positions with CGI-AMS. Sachin holds an M.S. in Information Systems from George Mason University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), India.
	Erik Necciai Director of Business Development Erik Necciai is Director of Business Development at Universal Consulting Services.  In his position, Erik is responsible for developing corporate growth strategies, capturing new business, and nurturing client relationships.  Erik brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of business and Federal contracting issues from his service in all three branches of the Federal government. Prior to joining UCS, Erik served as Counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship. Erik has a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Virginia Tech, and a J.D. from TMC Law School in Michigan. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Johns Hopkins University.
